The issue of creating green spaces in the cities Russian Empire, relevant for turn 19th—10th centuries, is considered. Particular attention paid to city Omsk, which this problem was most acute, since landscaping space supposed improve sanitary terms, climate by reducing dust storms and recreational areas citizens. The occurrence of peptic ulcer increased rapidly in all Western countries from the 19th to the 20th century, attributed to a possible epidemic of Helicobacter pylori, a new pathogenic strain, or a change in host susceptibility.
